A survey this week reveals that a SURPRISE number of people are not gaining enough SATISFY from their work. More than a quarter of those interviewed said that BORE was the biggest factor in why they disliked work, while 10% said their initial ENTHUSE for their jobs had quickly been replaced by a strong sense of DISAPPOINT. Many people questioned commented on how TIRE they found their jobs, with longer hours and more and more pressure resulting in feelings of constant ANXIOUS. Experts have described the findings of this survey as "very WORRYfor all employers". However they also believe that the SOLVE could be fairly simple. Employers would see great IMPROVE if they valued their workers more and created a relaxed and happy environment for people to work in.
